Class Descriptions

kIDS kARATE

Kids Karate - beginner (ages 5 - 8 : white belt - green belt)
This karate program will teach students proper form, style, technique and discipline. Classes inspire higher levels of respect, motivation and self-confidence within students.

Kids Karate - intermediate & advanced (purple belt - red belt)
This karate program will teach students proper form, style, technique and discipline. Classes inspire higher levels of respect, motivation and self-confidence within students.

Dance Discovery

Dance Discovery – Ages 3 and 4 This class focuses on basic locomotor movements and development of coordination and flexibility. Children will expand their creativity with the use of props and dance games to enhance interaction with other children.

Dance Discovery – Ages 5 and 6 This is a creative pre-ballet class, where the first barre work is slowly introduced. Children work on gaining more muscular control and increased flexibility. Stories, props and improvisation are threaded throughout the class.

Dance Discovery – Ages 10 to 13 Ballet and modern dance classes grouped by age, technical ability and previous dance education.
